Prophytes7.3.7

For over a century, the Divine Nine has built an unbroken lineage of leadership. Prophytes is the definitive, all-in-one operating system designed to manage your chapter’s dues, members, events, attendance, and records in one secure home. Replaces fragmented spreadsheets, group texts, and paper sign-in sheets with one continuous history that lasts beyond a single officer's term.

Why Chapters Choose Prophytes:
-The Accountability Record: Keep announcements, history, and records protected in a unified space.
-$0 Annual Software Fee: Activate your chapter, manage your treasury, and invite unlimited active members or alumni with zero recurring subscription bills.
-Verified & Vouches Only: Keep chapter business private. Access requires verification and a digital "vouch" from an active member who already knows you.

Complete Chapter Operations:
-Overview & Announcements: Publish critical updates, reach your entire roster instantly, and keep important chapter work visible from one central dashboard.
-Meetings, Reminders & QR Attendance: Schedule meetings and send real-time reminders. Ditch paper logs, use focused QR check-ins for events and meetings.
-Dues & Treasury Management: Collect dues and gifts online, track financial histories, and let authorized officers monitor the treasury without chasing down members via Stripe.
-Events & Ticket Sales: Create official events, manage RSVPs, sell tickets, and communicate schedule changes while keeping attendance data automatically linked.

Transparent Pricing: $0 Annual Software Fee:
-Activate your chapter, organize your work, and invite your roster with zero recurring subscription charges or annual licensing fees for the chapter.
-Chapter Software: $0/year for unlimited chapter members and alumni.
-When Money Moves: The chapter always receives 100% of its set base amount. A transparent 5% convenience fee is simply added to the member's payment at checkout to cover Stripe processing and platform maintenance.

Security, Authority, & The Power of the Vouch
-Chapter business stays chapter business. Prophytes combines verified identity with strict, chapter-scoped authority.
-Connect. Vouch. Belong. Control who enters your private spaces with a secure peer-vouching system, new members must be vouched for by an active member who knows them.
-Protected Permissions: Server-enforced roles, secure sessions, and encrypted connections keep your data safe.
-Enterprise Infrastructure: Powered by industry leaders including Stripe Elements for secure payments, AWS Amplify for reliable cloud hosting, and continuous monitoring via Sentry, Twilio, and Firebase.
